Company Offered Benefits
OCP Contractors benefits program addresses both the immediate and long-term needs for our employees and their families. Benefits are effective the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment. Employees must be non-union and full-time to participate.
The following is a summary of what OCP offers:
+ Medical Insurance
OCP offers medical insurance for its employees and family through Aetna. Premiums are 100% company funded. The Aetna plan is a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with Health Savings Account (HSA).
A High Deductible Health Plan combined with Health Savings Account provides a high deductible medical plan with a tax advantaged health savings account, partially funded by OCP. HSA funds do not expire, are completely employee owned, and can be used for eligible medical expenses incurred before reaching the annual plan deductible.
+ Dental Insurance
OCP offers a comprehensive dental plan through Humana. This is an employee paid benefit.
+ Vision Insurance
Vision coverage is provided by EyeMed. Vision coverage allows employees to receive eye exams, glasses and non-disposable contact lenses at low co-payments or discounts. This is an employee paid benefit.
+ Basic Life Insurance and AD&D Coverage
OCP Contractors provides employees with a Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance benefit. The basic life benefit amount of $25,000.
+ Additional Life Insurance
OCP offers additional life insurance benefits for employee, spouse and/or dependent. Benefit amount: $10,000 increments up to a max of 5x annual salary or $300,000; Spouse: $5,000 increments, not to exceed 50% of employee amount; Children: $10,000. Cost is dependent on age and coverage election.
+ Long-Term Disability
OCP provides employees with Long-Term Disability (LTD) coverage that protects employee paycheck if employee is not able to work due to an accident or illness for an extended period of time. Benefit amount: 60% of employee’s monthly earnings to a maximum of $4,000. This benefit is provided to all employees, and is covered by OCP.
+ Employee Assistance Program
Dealing with the pressures of everyday life (family, relationships, work, and finances) can sometimes require professional assistance. OCP has partnered with Megellan to provide The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to our employees and their family members. This program provides professional counselling to our employees for free while maintaining confidentiality.
+ 401(k) / Profit sharing
OCP employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) Plan administered by Dimensional after 1 year. Discretionary profit sharing is deposited into employee 401K accounts.
+ Personal Time Off (PTO)
All full-time employees get PTO annually. PTO can be used for any personal time off from work. Accrual for the first full year to ten years of employment is three weeks per year (15 days). After ten full years of employment It increases to four weeks (20 days). After 20 full years of employment it increase to five weeks (25 days).
+ Holidays and Family Day
OCP provides 7 paid holidays per year. In addition, OCP offices close for two additional called as Family days. Family days observed differ each year.
OCP offers a fitness center reimbursement program to help employees achieve their fitness goals.
