- Riding ATV's and fishing mostly.

Mark Duncan
- Position: Foreman

"Mark is a pleasure to work with due to his professionalism and proactive thinking. At the Franklin Co. Jail project, Mark has taken control of a project that includes a lot of security ceilings that need to be coordinated with all mechanical trades which in the beginning was a struggle to keep a productive workflow. Mark worked with the scout tracking team and after a few trials was able to create flow and pick up productions. Mark has also made sure his crew has the TIMMESS needed to succeed. - What brought you to the industry and what made you stay?
- My father was in construction and I looked up to him and wanted to follow in his footsteps. My father was a plasterer and a jack of all trades.
- What hobbies do you have outside of work?
- Golfing, fishing, and hanging out with my family.
- What advice would you give a new employee?
- Show up to work every day with a positive attitude. Take everything in and don’t be afraid to ask questions. Be ready to learn new things every day
