Communication is critical within any organization, especially within OCP where our employee’s safety is our number one priority. In order to better communicate with the team as a whole and quickly, Town Hall Videos have been implemented. These short videos will feature pertinent information from a variety of team members and will be shared with the entire team on Mondays via email. Links are also included on your paystubs. It is critical that the videos are viewed in a timely manner to stay up to date on the latest education and procedures. Additionally, OCP wants to hear from you in terms of employee communications within the Onsite newsletters. If you have any relevant information you would like to be shared throughout the organization, please submit it here.
