This historic restoration project came along amidst a wave of renovation moving east along Euclid Aveneue in downtown Cleveland. OCP was contracted to perform work related to fireproofing, drywall, and other specialty services such as acoustical ceilings for the $70 million revamp and conversion of a long empty office building at 668 Euclid Avenue.
