Renovation is the foundation for the culture of quality construction at OCP, having completed plaster restoration of theaters, historic structures and towers 20 stories tall. Projects include Fenn Tower, Commodore Perry, The Valentine Theatre, 1010 Euclid Ave, Toledo Trust and the Breakers Hotel at Cedar Point.
