Unique installation items: Some of the 12ga exterior framing members were in excess of 55' long so block and tackle methods were used in the installation for safety and production. In the areas with framing members less than 34' long, a rope chugger was used to increase production.

Total Man Hours: 14,400

Difficulties/General Conditions: Bad weather required a lot of weekend make-up time.

Other: Exterior framing and columns give an old Hollywood feel. The front canopy provides a grand entrance. OCP complete the interiors with paint and custom venetian plaster.
