A room block has been secured at the Aloft Downtown Cleveland, located near the event and within walking distance to various entertainment.
Guests staying overnight should make reservations no later than Wednesday, November 6th.
- Free parking will be provided at the venue and valet parking at the hotel will be covered by the employer. The iconic Lolley the Trolley will be transporting guests from the hotel to the venue and back.
- An Uber code to be entered under the "promotions" section of the payments tab within the app is available for use:

- Credit card required for booking will cover incidentals and extra nights only.
- Hotel accommodations for the night of December 7th will be covered by your employer.
- Additional nights will be the responsibility of the guest.
