The $40 million renovation of University Circle's Cleveland Institute of Music has made an enormous contribution to the culture of Cleveland. The detailed design of this renovation has gracefully preserved the heart of this building (dated back to the 1960's) while providing state of the art amenities to the students. This renovation included over 34,000-square-foot and created not only an amazing example of Cleveland architecture but also a true tribute to high quality acoustical performance. The design of this project was ongoing throughout the entire construction process which required over one hundred change orders as improvements were made.
