OCP Contractors was tasked with providing the design team two complete budgets on this project and when the project went out for competitive bid, OCP was within 2% of the budgeted amount and was awarded the project. OCP provided over $1,000,000 of accepted value management ideas which help to bring the project in under budget. Phase I was completed in Dec 2013 and Phase II the following October 2014.
