The Cedar Point Grand Pavilion is a new and modern version of the original Grand Pavilion built in 1888 that served as the center of entertainment for visitors. The Grand Pavilion has many characteristics of the original, and offers restaurants and bars that overlook the beach, Lake Erie, and the park. The two level building offers both indoor, and outdoor seating. It is a part of the park's new Boardwalk section that features some classic midway rides, as well as the new Wild Mouse roller coaster.

OCP Contractors scope of work included; Interior Framing, Exterior Framing, Drywall, Sheathing, Ceilings, Insulation, CFM Trusses, and AVB.

The unique materials, special pre-fabed exterior sheathing, and efficient barrier system provided the company with a winning combination that not only saved time but also improved project outcomes, helping construction processes, and ensuring long-term durability.
