The North Coast Testing Laboratory is an 8,000 SQ FT medical marijuana testing facility. The building is a very high-quality lab setting with some unique finishes for cleanability. OCP has been contracted to complete the interior stud framing, insulation, drywall, acoustical ceiling, and Trusscore wall panel system. Per our typical expectations of OCP performance, everything has gone very smoothly and the project is right on track with a high-quality product.

North Coast Testing Laboratory is a facility for hemp testing services performed by North Coast Analytical Laboratories LLC. North Coast Analytical is a full-service ISO 17025 accredited hemp testing laboratory focused on providing precise analytical test results and guaranteed turnaround times.
The ground-up construction consists of a large lab and two offices. DuPont™ Thermax™ Sheathing Foam Insulation was installed as the air vapor barrier.
OCP had 12 weeks to finish their portion of the scope. With the job being completed during the COVID-19 pandemic, the team remains diligent maintaining social distancing and cleanliness guidelines while meeting the aggressive schedule. Time-saving lean principles included no scrap hits the floor and placing all building materials on wheels.
TRUSSCORE™ Fiberglass panels were installed within the laboratory area due to their tight seams and ease of sanitization. Despite this being a new product to the team, OCP educated themselves on the installation process to deliver an exemplary finished product.
The facility will be completed in June of 2020.
