OCP was selected in the Design Development phase and provided full target cost estimates of the project. The IPD team originally came in 8% over budget but worked together, and with some innovated value management, brought the target cost estimate to 5% below budget. OCP came approximately 8% under our target cost estimate and the team was able to complete project 4 months ahead of schedule. OCP has provided BIM assistance to the project as requested by the Design Group.
